Wrong/Incorrect/Damaged Products
• If you receive the wrong product, shade, or size, you must open the parcel in front of the delivery person and return it to them immediately.
• If you cannot check in front of the delivery person, you must make a clear unboxing video (from the moment the sealed parcel is shown until it is fully opened).
• To claim a return or exchange, the unboxing video and issue must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
